Laboratory handling & storage
Store lyophilised vials at -20 °C and protect from light and moisture. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2-8 °C and use within the working period defined by your laboratory protocol. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution reference
For research preparation reference only. Add bacteriostatic or sterile water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and allow the solid to dissolve without agitation; do not shake. Concentration (mg/mL) equals vial strength divided by diluent volume — use the A2B reconstitution calculator to confirm. No dosing guidance is provided or implied.
