Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation with your order reference as soon as the order is placed.

• UK tracked delivery, typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Free UK shipping on orders over £50; otherwise £4.95.
• A tracking number is added to your order as soon as it is handed to the carrier — you can view it in your account under order history.
• Every order ships with a certificate of analysis, 4 to 8 sterile needles and 3ml bacteriostatic water for research use.

Materials are shipped in protective, discreet packaging. On arrival, lyophilised material should be stored at 2–8°C and protected from light. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used in line with your laboratory protocol.

• Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is intact and the item has been stored correctly.
• For hygiene and integrity reasons, opened vials, reconstituted material, needles and bacteriostatic water cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return reference; unlabelled returns can't be processed.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to match its certificate of analysis, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — email us with your order reference as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the returns policy above applies.
